Wasn't it perfect that Cal, after nearly five years of going 0-for-Stanford, finally beat the Cardinal and The Daily Cal wasn't printing because of winter break.

No, there was no banner headline gloating about the Bears' victory over our neighbors to the south.

What?

Unless of course you count our online story. But seriously, how many people read the online story?

What?

How many really read the online story?

Anyway, there's too many sports in the spring to preview properly in a limited amount of space. Check out this week's section for previews of sports that were left out of this issue.

What?

Check out this week's section for previews of sports that were left out of this issue, because as usual, the space we thought we had became the space we didn't have meaning not everything could fit into this issue.

Even still, we probably couldn't have fit everything in.

We're rambling and repeating ourselves, but we're tired and just want to go home and pretend school isn't starting and try to extend this whole time away from school as long as we possibly can.

So thanks to everyone in design, photo, ads and the writers that made this possible. To make this happened, they spent parts of their vacation calling people, probably on their parents' long distance tab, to get stories in.

Some shot photos or bothered businesses for the purpose of helping to fill space in this issue.

If you want to know who these wonderful people are, their names are in here somewhere.

So it's back to a life of deadlines that will be missed, interviews that won't happen, meetings that no one will attend and stories writers will claim they cannot write because of class obligations or the need to spend time with that special someone in their lives.

No need to waste anymore time, it's time to get this thing started again.

It's time to play the games.

What?

It's time to play the games.

What?

It's time to play the games.

What?

It's time to play the games.

What?

Never mind.
