Proposed plastic water bottle ban takes away the consumer's right of choice

I agree with UC Berkeley student Shawn Lewis: "it's easy to jump aboard the anti-bottled water train, but some of the trendy arguments don't exactly hold up." Why is it some of us liberals endeavor to eliminate our rights of choice without completely considering the consequences of automatic political positions? Let individuals make their own decisions about consuming bottled water instead of taking away yet another right of choice.
