Six Cal players also received recognition, being named to the MPSF All-Conference squads. Attila Banhidy, who led the team in scoring with 53 goals, was named for the All-MPSF first team. Russell Bernstein, Chris Lathrop and Andrew Stoddard were named to the second team.

Rob Arroyo and Will Quist received honorable mention.
